The challenge

What we did

We led an end-to-end EHR modernisation, unifying records across the system on a HIPAA-compliant platform. We then integrated AI — from ambient documentation support to diagnostic assistance and patient data analytics — directly into clinical workflows, with patient portal solutions to improve access.

The impact
