Scam & fraud warning
We have become aware that fraudsters occasionally misuse consultancy names. Please read the guidance below to protect yourself.
From time to time, fraudsters impersonate reputable firms — including through fake job offers, recruitment messages, invoices, or investment opportunities. Marshall Ridge Consulting will never:
- Ask you to pay a fee to apply for a job, secure an offer, or process paperwork.
- Request payment to a personal bank account or via gift cards or cryptocurrency.
- Ask for sensitive financial information through unsolicited messages.
- Make offers of employment without a formal interview process.
How to verify a genuine communication
- Genuine email from us comes from an @marshallridgeconsulting.com address.
- Be cautious of look-alike domains, free email accounts, or messages with urgent demands.
- If something feels off, do not click links or share details — contact us directly to confirm.
Report a suspicious message
If you receive a communication you believe is fraudulent and that uses our name, please forward it to contact@marshallridgeconsulting.com so we can investigate. If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, you should also report it to your local authorities — in the UK, that is Action Fraud.
